I am a certified instructor in Hatha yoga. The focus is on breath, movement, meditation and relaxation, which allows the body to strengthen, stretch and heal. I use different yoga poses to align the spine, rotate joints, lengthen muscles and lower the heart rate. When movement follows breath and our lungs expand, we increase our energy, strengthen the heart and find our center of self.
My promise to my students:
I will be present, teach with integrity and love for the practice. "I will see the world with an open heart, have no judgments and live in each moment... for the sweetness it brings; recognizing God's light in all things."
Conditions for practice:
- Bare feet, yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable clothing
- Practice with an empty stomach
- Create a time and place free from distractions
- Women do not practice inversions during menses flow
- Practicing even a small amount of time is better than not at all
Private Lessons:
- In my home or your home/business
- 1-4 students is 1 hour=$20
- 5-8 students is 1 hour=$40
